Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Service is a bit slow but the food is lush. Unfortunately their "ordinary" pizzas are limited but their fancy pizzas are amazing. And they do gluten free bases. Always have deals on their website so worth checking before visiting. I'd go again but allow plenty of time.
We have been here quite a few times and I have had only good experiences here. They do my favourite pizza and they do it pretty darn well each time, the Fiorentina! The one with the egg in the middle. It's the best! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is plenty to choose from on the menu, though I stick to my favourite . It is a nice and bright, open spaced restaurant, so you do not feel cramped in with other customers. It is a lovely clean and comfortable place to have a meal. Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if there are children's parties going on but if you can stand that or even love the sound of their enjoyment then this will not put you off the experience. That being said it does not happen often. It is reasonably priced and if you go onto their website they often have discounts and offer codes you can use. Like I said, we have been here a few times and will keep going back. Give it a try
Upon arriving after a 3 hour drive, I settled into my B&B and head out for dinner in the main town of Weston Super Mare. I was going to cheap out at a Wether Spoons but I almost forgot I'm my own boss. So...no half measures...Pizza Express it is. Cosy and warm inside, all ready and decorated in the Christmas spirit. I was greeted by Leanne, who was pleasant and a lovely team member. The food was ace, hot and cooked to order. I went for Olives obvs, a beer and a coffee to top it all off. Clean toilets as well. Overall...it was a nice start to my evening and it's next door to Cineworld. So guess where I went next.
Came here on Sunday evening just before cinema. Staff were very nice and friendly. I ordered my fav Romano Diavolo - turnout very quickly. Cut my pizza - had one slice and it was awful. Pizza dough was not cooked enough, soggy etc. That made me very sad. I decided to speak to the staff about it and let them try to sort it out. I had that pizza many times and I knew how dough should be done. I went to see waitress and explained that my pizza was not done as it should be. She was very nice, took my plate and said she will sort it out. Manager some soon after apologised and said that new pizza will be done for me. New pizza was exactly as it should be and made me happy in the end. I have to say if I wouldn’t do anything, my experience would be really bad worth 1 star because first pizza was not up to standard. Second pizza was perfect and I enjoyed very much.

Overall I had a good meal here. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but nothing over the top, and certainly no slower than other pizza express restaurants or other places locally I've been to. The food was very enjoyable, similar to other pizza expresses. Price wise, I would say is pretty average. The staff, despite appearing new, are very good. Can't fault them.
Food wasn't bad, particularly the pizza. The portion sizes have been reduced particularly if you order from the 3 course menu. Service was a bit slower than it used to be. Used to be really good here. We ordered from the 3 course menu deal. Dough balls to start, chicken pizza and the fudge cake wouldn't recommend the cake
A lovely end to the day. The lovely Lucy was very attentive to our needs, she made sure that service wasn't an issue. The food is always well prepared. As a family we are slowly working our way through the menu! My only small gripe is the price. We tend to only go if we can use clubcard vouchers as a family of 4 can rack up a near £100 bill!
