I usually have great orders from here but tonight was dreadful. Chicken was very salty soggy/greasy just tasted disgusting Chips were rubbish too The only good thing tonight was the hot wings.
Ordered to broadland sands. Delivery was on time. However, the portion sizes were very tiny. I'm assuming it was because they know we are not locals and won't be ordering again. We don't have massive appetites anyway, but was quite surprised how little food there was. Won't be ordering again. Please bare this in mind if you are thinking of ordering when on holiday.
Just been tonight, good was perfect, hot plentiful and tasty! We're on holiday so always good to find a nice kebab.Food: 5/5

Amazing tasting food, whilst staying at a local caravan park two takeaway leaflets were delivered unfortunately on the first night of my stay I chose the wrong one although when my family drove to find the chip shop opposite gorleston pizza I thought why not give them gorleston a chance. And boy I wish I had ordered from here before it was lovely tasting food, cooked to the right temperature with a short wait.
Absolutely disgusting just DO NOT EVER ORDER THE BURGERS live my grease breakfasts same as anyone would but I sure as hell did not ask for that amount of grease on a burger specially the actual roll was dripping of it. Never again gonna be wasting my money here EVER.
Ordered from this kebab whilst at my cousins, we were all having dinner together, a little family get together with all of the kids. We all ordered separately to save having to give each other the money and in the hope our orders wouldn’t get messed up as they were smaller orders individually. We completed the orders within 1 minute of each other. Theirs turned up within 20 minutes. Ours took 1 hour and 1 phone call chasing. By this time our family had finished eating theirs and we’re waiting to put their children to bed. When ours finally came it was cold, the wrap fell to pieces as the lumps of dry chicken were far to big, there was a table spoon of salad and we had specifically requested no tomatoes as my other half is allergic to them, however it had tomatoes in it but no garlic mayo as requested. We had also paid for extra pots of garlic mayo and got tiny little pizza side dips. The wedges and chips were cold, the kids food was cold. It all went in the bin. I called them to complain, I never complain about food as I’m generally not a fussy eater! I was told the manager would call me back and discuss a refund but instead he turned up at my cousins house and their food was fine so they didn’t have any complaints. I called back and explained the situation and was told that he would again call me back and issue a refund, I havnt heard from them. Had they have rectified it I wouldn’t have bothered to leave a review … But over all poor service and rubbish food. Would not recommend.
Rang in an order. The person who took the order had a very thick accent and spoke very fast, despite our asking him to slow down. After repeating the order twice, giving our location lots of times and finding the conversation impossible, I said I'd pass the phone to my OH. Was told 'no'. I then asked to pay the order by card and was told 'no' again post covid this was a massive surprise. We had cash but not the exact money so I asked whether the delivery person carried change. Again got told 'no'. There was no way we were going to tip well over £10 so cancelled the order and rang off. Overall, the customer service was terrible. We were gobsmacked at how rude, unfriendly and unhelpful the person came across, and we wouldn't take our custom there now on principle.
I order for takeaway last night, and i got the best pizza it was amazing. For sure i will order again!!!
Best takeaway around here. Great service , good prices and great delivery too
