I am currently studying for my AAT level 2 and did my first exam with Kaplan. I had a horrendous experience at Kaplan ever with upset examiners who just does not like to talk and extremely unhelpful. I must say that on our exam day, we already feel so much pressure, we only look for a peaceful and warm customer service on our exam day. I looked online and stumbled upon Pitman training and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Pitman Holborn first and the lady I spoke with was so lovely, and talkative. She gave me the entire information about booking, exam and location that made me like "okay that's where I want to give my exam peacefully". I searched more and discovered that they have many branches and the nearest one is City too. So I thought to book my exam with the city branch and spoke with the most lovely and soft spoken lady Daniella Awad who successfully made me her permanent customer. I did my three modules of AAT so far. She is quite responsive in her emails, also discuss my exam requests over the phone too, accommodated all my exam requests interms of timings and days, two screens for my UACS, and has helped me so far in everything. Pitman training has already got great reviews. One thing students struggle is the high value of examination fees. However if Pitman is charging a bit more, it's also giving a great service to students as well. In terms of cleaning, I have found bathrooms clean, surrounding areas and even the building is overall clean too. It is located near London wall. Liverpool street station is near too. There fees varies in terms of location. The city London Branch charge £130 for Q2022 Level 4 for now. Please do check prices as they may varies. I would really recommend this place for the exam. And hats off to Daniella Awad's great customer service and helpful nature; hope her company, seeing this review, get her a bonus this year over Christmas.
It was good experience, I’ve enjoyed learning very much. It was mostly basics but still it gives idea of what you will be doing if you want career change. However when I was making a decision with which company to start the course Pitman said that they are helping to find a job afterwards. Well, was not the case with me. I’ve struggle to find a job because I don’t have the experience and they was not really helping. I had to pay extra for someone else to rewrite my CV because the Pitman person for this was never available. If I knew this is the case I wouldn’t go with Pitman. I thought that for £3000 I should get a bit more of attention. In the time of the learning is also disappointing that you don’t have who to ask for help if you don’t understand something from the material. They not working with teachers. Many thanks to Maggie!!! I was successful in gaining my Diploma in Secretarial Studies at Pitman Training in the City, and thoroughly enjoyed the course-work and the whole experience of being a student there. The training staff were professional, knowledgeable and just as important they were marvellously good-humoured, patient and approachable. Their patience was very much appreciated because when starting the course, after 23 years in nursing, so many basic office skills were new to me, and sometimes quite daunting. But as my training progressed, and I learned more IT skills, my confidence grew. I had initially started the course to change career, but the skills I have learned from Pitman have helped me in every aspect of my life and in my confidence in living in this digital world. It really has been pretty life-changing, and I couldn't recommend the place, or thank Andrew and the team too highly.

Really enjoyable learning experience with the Pitman Training City of London team. The staff are very friendly, supportive and helpful, and the facilities offer a great environment to study in. I would highly recommend this Pitman centre to anyone wishing to develop themselves professionally or simply learn something new!
I had the pleasure of booking a room in this training centre. Maggie was very supportive in helping organise the booking and efficient at responding to any queries raised. Jacqui was present at the location and made sure that everything went smoothly and took the required COVID-19 precautions throughout the session. I was very impressed with the staff’s professional approach and highly recommend Pitman Training London EC2.
If you are looking for somewhere to take your exams, this is an excellent place. Really professional. Would highly recommend if you are taking any kind of professional exam <5 minutes walk from Moorgate tube The staff are professional and very friendly. The desks and computers are spacious and easy to use. Headphones and earplugs are provided Could do with a sign outside showing that this is the correct location, but that's the only improvement I'd suggest Thanks for the great service!

This was a great course for beginners to Excel. The majority covers of it covers how to make the most of the aesthics of the software but there also other elements added in too. All very useful.
