Popped in for a quick drink before getting a train. NHS poster available straight away and the staff were friendly and helpful with the new normal.
Very professional service from the staff in the Pitcher & Piano today. You could tell that everybody knew what they were supposed to be doing regarding Covid, and they done it with a smile. They were friendly, polite and courteous. Food was delicious, prompt and reasonably priced. Very happy with our visit!
Felt comfortable visiting here during the pandemic. One way system in operation, hand sanitisers available, track and trace details taken. All drinks orders made and paid for via the website. Quick service and lovely drinks.
Good location by the river. However, place was packed and very noisy. Massive queue at the bar so we left without buying a drink.
Service was very slow, food tasteless and overpriced. Expected better as Nottingham venue is usually very good even during the current situation.
