Maids don't really come to the room. Bin didn't get emptyed for 4 days. Door handle was hanging off. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Rest of the holiday was amazing. Pool and the shows are great. Well worth it. You don't pay for a room to spend the time in so all good.Rooms: 3/5
We had a super time at Pirates Village. The staff there were incredible - friendly, accommodating, helpful - the pools were great for kids and the food was varied and tasty. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor, which was ideal for catching the evening entertainment from our balcony. Everyone working at the hotel clearly cared about their jobs and about making guests feel at home. The location of the hotel is five minutes’ walk from a gorgeous sandy beach and several cafes/restaurants. Would highly recommend this place for a family holiday!
What a lovely hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms immaculate and the entertainment was brilliant. We took a 1 year old, food basic but good for on hand snacks and meals. Mostly used for breakfast and snacks even meals out.Rooms: 5/5
Great family hotel! Wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages. Food was good just not a big selection. Great location for the beach, shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk to catch the bus into PalmaRooms: 5/5
Just back from a 5 day stay with my 9 year old daughter and 2 friends ...amazing spot , fabulous food ,spotless clean ...staff went above and beyond for everyone.....entertainment staff were amazing kids loved every second ...and a huge shout out to Beverely who was so helpful with everything ....Lovely staff all round ..Will definitely be back Safety: Very safe ...
Omg we had the best holiday every this place it unbelievable the staff were so friendly the place is so secure for kids Rooms were lovely not to big done myself my partner and our 4year old daughter and 10year old son had a kettle toaster fridge and hob always had fresh towels and exact toilet rolls We went all-inclusive Restaurants was amazing something different to eat every night kids had there Own hot buffet there was a pizza chief every lunch and dinner making his own dough and pizza Breakfast we had fresh bacon like home with fried eggs or an omelette of choice made to order fresh pancakes also From one till five we could order hot dogs burgers chips onion rings toastie Drinks were pints on tap help yourself and also wine kids could get slushy them and minerals all day there was cocktails and Baily's and much more Entertainment was fantastic for kids every night was kids mini disco at 7.15 Kids club was 10-5 everyday except Wednesday involving mini chef arts bouncy castle foam party water fight movie toys and computer also Face painting Pool was full of 4 or 5 life guards slides are for kids only at 6 the pool was closed and sealed off with a net so kids couldn't fall in also has no tiles around it only astro kids couldn't fall My daughter turned four and they gave her a complimentary cake and took her on stage to sang happy birthday with all the other kids I couldn't fall this place and would highly recommend it for kids at night it closes at 11 so no noise for people with young kids we will return there in the coming future Please don't take the bad comments into mind judge it for yourself think u would regret not going here Nearby activities: One theme park was only 10 mins away Safety: Main door locked at 5 had to knock to go out for a fag no one left into the hotel that was part of the place pools sealed off every night with a net around it so kids couldn't fall in kids couldn't fall because no tiles only astro Walkability: Walking distance to beaches lots of shop across the road was a Hugh shop everything u needed in it Food & drinks: Something different to eat nearly every day
Superb place.. foods great and the staff go out of their way to accommodate you.. pirates are the icing on the cake
This is our second trip. We loved it so much the first time we came back. 2 weeks all inclusive in the new suites. The crew are amazing. Everyone who works in this hotel gives 110% The shows are brilliant. Food is great. Fresh with a good selection. Different every day. Meats cooked fresh in front of you. The pool area is great for the kids with slides. And they even do a pirate attack every Sunday round the pool! Love it here and we will be back
Food ok for a 3 star but the entertainment for the children is really good Rooms: 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and a fridge and sofa bed for 2 people Food & drinks: OK for a 3 star Hotel
Superb place to take kids. We did self catering so can't comment on all inclusive food. Kids club great. Pool complex great fun for all ages. The kids loved the pirates entertainment, especially the Pirate's Attack show on Sundays 3.30-5.30. Not to be missed.Rooms: 4/5
