Ideal soft play for young children. Has everything for a fun few hours. Food is good and an extensive menu on offer. Great fresh coffee and ice creams too. Staff are friendly and helpful even when it gets super busy and chaotic. There are 2 floors, upstairs, a bit calmer. Busy and noisy but still enjoyable even on a bank holiday.
I was actually pretty disappointed with this place. The soft play was ok but the food totally ruined it. The entry fee was really great but they definitely make the money back from food. It was quite pricey but with the location we thought that was pretty standard. Until the food arrived. It was stone cold and honestly disgusting. The hotdogs were cold and funny coloured. Left most of it and left early.
I came here as a child in the 90s/00s when it was Bananas and then Kidz Play - great to bring my son back here again this week. £7 total entry for my 2 year old, me and my husband and unlimited time - great deal for a rainy weekday and not too busy at all. Coffee and food are actually dead on for a soft play and the staff are all lovely and friendly. I appreciate a place that separated baby/toddler, under 5s, and a space for the older kids. So much to keep them entertained for hours! Will definitely be back!
A fun place to take the kids. We are on holiday in Ayr and we went to pirate petes and we had so much fun. It's not expensive and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend it
TLDR; It's good but could be better.nnVisited with my wife and young son, midweek, around an hour before closing. Staff were welcoming, pricing was fair, and there was no wait.nnMy son loved the small play-area and was happily exploring until another young child halted play by wetting themselves and consequently some of the play area.nnWe informed a staff member on the front desk who didn't seem particularly eager to address the situation. With over half an hour of play time left, we had expected someone to go into the play area with some sanitiser and clean the small area - this didn't happen and instead, after 15 minutes, the whole small play area was cordoned off.nnMy son was upset that he couldn't use the play area - though he'll survive.
