We are one of the largest Sugarcraft shops in the United Kingdom, and have been successfully trading for over twenty years.We started off as a cake-making business in 1988.

A Shop and mail order service for all you need to decorate that special cake.

Story

We offer cake-decorating workshops and offer day classes in a huge range of topics. As well as our own teachers. They run on Saturdays and occasional Thursdays.
Please ring us if you would like to know what is currently available.
We hire out cake stands and tins as well, so offering the complete sevice to cake makers and decorators.

Pipedreams supplied our wedding cake stand and various accessories. The service and help was spot on and the quality of the products supplied was excellent. All true but wait, that’s not all...  This wedding was in 2013. It’s now 2018. Last night my wife randomly thought to ask me if I’d ever been back to collect the £90 deposit... no I hadn’t was the cringing answer. Trouble.   Reluctantly, I sheepishly called pipedreams and explained the situation and that my wife had insisted I call - obviously. Rather than the “it’s too late pal, jog on” response I was expecting and frankly deserved, I was called back within an hour and refunded the deposit without issue.  I am now in my wife’s good books for having ‘sorted the problem’ when in fact I did nothing but make a phone call. Happy days   In seriousness, what a fine attitude. Thanks very much pipedreams for being great.

This used to be my go to for supplies especially last minute but I found them today to be quite expensive and not a great choice of supplies.

They are just so excellent in here. I've e been a few times and usually they seem to have everything in there! Give free advice and super helpful!!

Very handy shop and very lovely staff!

Wonderful shop , felt as if a child in a sweet. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

The staff is not friendly. When I asked for a product one of the staff members said they don't sell it and finally I could find that in the shop. Really disappointed
