Couldn’t praise the team at Pipedreams highly enough.  Would certainly recommend them to other prospective customers.  After mulling over an upgrade to our en-suite for the last 4 years, we decided to see what Pipedreams had to offer, following an inability to find a good breadth of quality fixtures and fittings at other local firms, or obtain glowing reviews about service offered by their competitors.  As far as I was concerned, their showroom far exceeded what we had found elsewhere.  There was a wide range of fittings, furniture and finishes to suit all tastes and budgets.  Stan did a great job in the showroom helping narrow down what was going to be a complete refurb e.g. toilet, shower/cubicle, basin/taps, cupboards, wall covering/tiles and flooring, which was then enhanced by his site survey and a couple of appointments in the showroom to finalise details.  Daniel and Paul, then completed gutting out the old room and the refit.  Both are a great couple of guys, who worked really hard to complete things to a very high standard, within the agreed timeframe.  A couple of issues inherited from our builders was overcome by Daniel with aplomb, after very careful consideration and preliminary work.  Paul did a great job with plasterwork and was also good enough to improve my own tiling knowledge, by talking me through his planning process and prep.  Obviously we are very pleased with the final results, which the team have managed to achieve.
