I don't really like 'Italian dishes' bit I really liked this restaurant. Dishes were cooked to perfection. Beer was cold- great! Large tables, so we were not elbowing each other. Staff were efficient, clean, jolly and very helpful. I would recommend eating here.
What a fantastic restaurant! This restaurant is a must! It's a family run business that's been running for decades! I went for my Birthday a few weeks ago on a Thursday and you can actually take your own wine and prosecco on this day! All our friends rave about this place, so we felt we needed to try it out for ourselves! And so glad we did! My Calzone was awesome and Mrs Nigel's Chicken Alla Crema was to die for! All of the staff/owners were so friendly and lovely and Adam one of the chefs featured in the photograph is a star - great guy! Get yourselves over there to experience a brilliant Italian evening! Once again, thank you for making my Birthday so special! See you again soon!
First time visiting this restaurant for a very long time. Went for my dads 60th birthday and the whole party really enjoyed the experience. Food was absolutely out of this world. Great value for money and very filling. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming. My daughter is a very fussy eater and eats very little but she absolutely demolished a starter, main and dessert. We were all really impressed. Definitely be visiting here again but won’t leave it so long next time. Thank you to all the team at Pinocchios.

I was looking forward to trying this place. To start I will say the setting is very nice and I enjoyed the decor. The desert Eton mess sundae was incredible and by far the highlight of the visit. However the startmushrooms and bacon in blue cheese sauce was very bland in fact the only thing I could really taste was the garlic, the bacon was anaemic not how you’d expect it to be cooked. The main Calzone was almost entirely filled with spinach almost no meat and the few bits of ham I had were chewy and undercooked for mine and my tables opinion, I couldn’t even eat it as I would say it was the worst calzone I’ve ever had. The chips were horrible we ordered 3 portions for my table and apart from a few people tried they were all left. Now for the service, although everyone was very friendly and polite we we’re waiting for a long time in between corses 45 minutes- 1 hour between each course for the quality of the food that just isn’t acceptable. Price wise if the food was better they would be reasonable but for what you get it’s overpriced. This is not just my opinion as I gathered feedback from my table of 6. One saving grace is my brother said it is usually better. I have awarded 2 stars one for the desert and one for the decor/setting. I would highly recommend changing the food recipes as every other Italian restaurant I have been to serve far superior food with the exception of the deserts. Dietary restrictions: A simple request of no tomatoes in the salad was apparently ignored. Not good for someone intolerant to fresh tomatoes.
