Was at a family members home in Lutterworth and needed to get back to Wednesfield, was a little nervous about going that distance in a taxi but taxi driver was great!! Felt like I was travelling back with a friend!! Absolutely first class company and service, would Deffo use again if in the area 🙂

My partner and 6 year old Son were taken to school this morning by this company. My Son was dropped off at school and my partner got back into the taxi to go home. The driver was having a conversation with the receptionist on loud speaker. It involved swear words by the receptionist as she was telling the driver about a previous customer ripping them off. My partner let the driver know she wasn't happy with the bad language and his response was 'well she's angry.' The driver then explained to the receptionist he was with a customer. The receptionist seemed oblivious that my partner had over heard the conversation and there was no apology. Had it of been 2-3 minutes earlier my Son would of still been in the taxi and overheard this also. Later that day my partner reported it to management. Although her response was of a serious nature she misheard part of my partners account of events. This then led to the manager calling my partner a liar for implying our Son had been in the taxi at the time of the bad language being used. My partner explained that she had misheard and in fact she had stated our Son had not long got out of the taxi. This however is completely irrelevant, whether it's a 6 year old or 60 year old in the taxi no paying customer should be witness to that type of language. Won't be using this company again, it's the most expensive taxi service we've used for the school run, very unprofessional considering!
