It's tucked away off the main drag but it's totally worth seeking out - hands down the best fish and chips in Maidenhead, run by a very friendly family. Crispy batter, large portions and hot. Well done guys!

I've been using Pinkneys Fish Bar for years, that in itself speaks volumes. My family also use this Fish Bar. Jenny who owns and serves is a lovely lady as is her very pleasant husband. The food is good and my preference is for Haddock which is fried as  requested with light batter and the fish is dry. Chips are always freshly fried. There is a Good selection of other foods, nibbles  soft drinks etc. Can't compliment them enough.

Seriously well run, clean, good quality food. We keep coming back even after trying other chippies. It is, quite simply, the best in Maidenhead.

Very good batter on the fish. Best  in Maidenhead. Cod is very nice and great portion size. Chips are very generous and well cooked. Battered sausages are well cooked with great batter. I wish you could get a posh one made of a Lincolnshire sausage or similar but no one does that. Or a spicy batter! The fish cakes are standard fish cakes which I am not a big fan of. You can order In advance at none busy times which I would recommend. If they don't answer it probably means there is large queue so maybe go later. This is our new goto chippy in Maidenhead. The service is great as well and friendly. They also wear masks while cooking food so it is very Covid secure.

We are down from Scotland staying in a tent and found this chippy. If you love your fish and chips this the place to go all I can say is wow best fish I have had in a long time. When we come back next year I will be going back. Friendly staff and everything was cooked fresh for our order.
