Quite nice. All little huts that you can rent for a time period. The resturant and play area (not soft play area) that is very nice. Offering air hockey, table tennis and lots of arcade games. It is a large campus with some small huts, some normal huts, and some big huts. Please ask lots of question and i will try to answer.

Spacious lodges surround the lake. Not all have a lake view. Those on the east side get some traffic noise from the M6. Those on the west get some noise from trains on west coast main line. But the location is ideal for exploring both Lake District (bus 555 serves the site) and the Yorkshire Dales. Lancaster is also close for a wet day. Good restaurant on site and swim pool.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Pine Lake. Our Lodge was lovely, kitchen was very well kitted out even coffee machine! The view was spectacular! Disco was great...our children loved it! The Lodge overall was clean but to nip pick the bedding had a few dark hairs on it ek! We just brushed them off but not ideal, the carpet had an iron mark on. I'd definitely visit again, the staff were always very helpful! The family/games room was great! We got the bus to Morecambe which was a nice day out. We had breakfast too which was excellent! We went with six families and we all really enjoyed our visit.

Booked last minute in November for an overnight stay in a studio. The rooms itself we were given was a disabled room which neither of us were disabled. Room was very basic and bathroom was like one from a hospital room. The area made up for it however, lovely lake and nice walks and even has a swimming pool with a few spa features. Also enjoyed the bar and games room and there is also a restaurant but didn't eat there.

Good location near transport links. Lots to do on site and great for kids. Friendly staff and comfortable lodges, some are being updated april 2018.
