Ok. First of all I'd like to point out that I only read these reviews AFTER I had placed the order and paid deposit. I ordered a divan base, a good matress and headboard and paid all but £20 up front. When I read the reviews I went to the store to advise them that I had seen them and that I needed a definite delivery date that week as I had family coming to stay and needed the bed for them. I was told I'd have it on the Thursday. I called again on Thursday morning to confirm and was told the delivery was due and it would then be brought up to me probably the last drop off. No bed came. Friday. I called again and was told that it was being loaded on the lorry for an evening delivery. The delivery was made at 9:30pm and only the matress was delivered! So that was what my family slept on! I called them on Saturday morning and was guaranteed that the rest of it (divan base, headboard and fittings) would be delivered that evening...they were not! The lorry arrived late on Sunday morning - I was out so a neighbour let them in but when I got home I saw that one set of fittings was missing - (the joiner for the base halves, four of the eight castors, the screws to hold the headboard to the wooden uprights, one of the screws to hold the headboard to the divan base and oh....the wooden uprights as well). Monday. Called in after my morning run with the headboard. Got it attached to the wodden uprights which they gave me in the shop and basically refused with agreement to pay the remaining £20 for the troubles. The young guy in the shop who I dealt with during every contact since placing the order with the owner was great, seriously upset at the mix-ups and he was sincere and apologetic. I gave him grief and he was professional and understanding. On to what I bought: The bed and matress are great, I was given £40 off at point of order but the delivery, or should I say deliveries were a farce. This is why 2 stars are missing. In the end I am happy with what I bought from them but I'd seriously consider another supplier in the future if only to avoid a possible repeat of this. My visitors slept on a matress for the two nights they were here - but it was on the floor as opposed to the divan.

Stay well clear of this store!! Their furniture may look nice but absolutely disgusting! Bought a settee springs went within a month material was breaking off when I phoned them they was very abusive swearing at me down phone. Had to take them to trading standards. STAY WELL CLEAR! Save a little more money an go else where....They cant sell furniture so they have opened a credit account in store...

If I could give a zero star I would. Disgusting staff,threatening behaviour I've never known nothing like it! Police and trading standards are involved stay well clear of these! Absolutely terrible service and a monumental lack of respect for their customers.

Absolutely terrible shop the customer service is appalling and the way the staff partically 1 of them the way he spoke to an ill elderly gentleman and offered me out the back threatening to hit me and offering a fight he's an absolute clown

Great attitude on all staff Recieved the suite when said.only problem was they were supposed to have given us 3 days notice when they were gonna deliver.but rung same day they delivered it.lovely guys delivered it.rung shop two days after to have legs on suite changed to smaller ones.which was my fault.i wanted longer feet because of mobility problems.the guy in shop from porth was very helpful. He gave us the smaller feet free.and also other advice to take metal things out to put the feet on. Great service from everyone.i would definitely go there again
