Lovely coffee and desserts. The owner was welcoming and friendly, service with a smile and positivity added to our day. You never know how much the little things mean to someone and can make their day. Other members of staff also incredibly welcoming and amiable. Definitely a personal service and made to feel valued as a customer/ person which is rare in cafes/ catering settings. You wouldn't get service and kindness like this in the bigger coffee chains, this is a little hidden jem.
Excellent breakfast & very friendly but most of all spotlessly clean well done Angela & the lads.
Always a 5star rating for this spot. Delicious food, desserts ON POINT, amazing owners and staff... My only complaint it's not one is that my belly is too full!
Food was ok but order was wrong. The old lady working there was being bossed about and still was really nice but the owner who took the order and messed it up was extremely rude. On two occasions he told me to wait as my lunch got cold. 1st was to clean an empty table and 2nd was to take an order from a table that wasn't ready to order. My meal arrived 10mins before my wife and I was refused to use the toilet as they are for staff only. I was a fairly regular customer who will not ever set foot in there again after the way the owner treated my wife and I. Will be going to Citezens Advice regarding being refused to use the toilet. Will be taking this matter as far as I can go. Will be seeking the highest order applicable.
While the food was fine and desert very good I found the staff weren't the friendliest maybe a smile from them would help

Best place in the town food is delicious!!! And a Great menu Staff are soo Friendly and welcoming great atmosphere
