I bought an experience from wowcher a while back and it was for Pierre Lemond. The make up artists were lovely and I can’t fault them, but when me and my friend finished and were taken to see the images, I can’t believe the service we received. We felt immensely pressured into purchasing more than we could even afford, to the point we didn’t even feel we could leave without purchasing what they must of felt was an adequate amount. The lady who was an older lady was extremely pushy and we left feeling really anxious. It was a really poor end to the experience. Anyway we went away purchasing far more than we could afford, which I will now have to end up paying back.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! On arrival we were greeted by a friendly studio manager who offered us drinks and helped us with choosing which outfits we should wear. The hair and make-up artists followed exactly what me and my mum wanted and made us feel a million dollars! The photographer himself was absolutely amazing, making both of us feel at ease which resulted in some amazing photographs we were really happy with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My daughter & I had a fabulous time during our session at Pierre Lemond.  We shared so many laughs with Heather & Natalie while they 'beautified' us for the photo shoot.  Tyrone was forever the bubbly hospitable host.  We wanted to re-create poses from when we had photos taken when my daughter was a child and Chelsea, the photographer was very attentive to our needs and suggestions. We were able to view all our photos in a relaxed way, without being rushed or too much pressure to purchase portfolios.  There were some fantastic shots - so very difficult to choose. Thank you to the whole team for making it a very positive experience to remember.

I went for a session at Pierre Lemond with my best friend a couple of weeks ago.. we were very shy at the beginning because we had never had a photo-shoot before, but the team was very nice and they made us feel at our ease immediately. They offered us a couple of great cocktails and gave us some suggestions in terms of make-up and hair style which I found quite useful. Our photographer, Iggy, was very polite and did a great job. When we saw the pictures we couldn't believe it and even if we went to the studio thinking "let's buy one photo each" we couldn't resist and had to buy some more : I recommend it for a nice afternoon with a friend, it's fun and you'll get home with some great pics!

Thank you all for such a lovely day. I went to Pierre Lemond with my mum and 6 yr old daughter and we were greeted by lovely staff and we took advantage of the drink offers. My daughter was beaming from ear to ear whilst having her hair and age appropriate makeup done. I was nervous about having photos taken but the photographer Iggy was great and put us at ease. The packages can be expensive but we were not made to feel that we had to buy a top of the range one and chose something more within our price range. We were not rushed into picking our photos either as they were all so good it was hard to choose. The photos are stunning and for once I'm happy with a photo of myself. As we have the disc I'm able to print and give them out when I want to. Thanks again for a lovely day.

Pierre Lemond offered a great day out in Shoreditch. We were nicely welcomed with a cocktail which was a great touch. The lady doing hair and makeup was very good, she said that in the past, she had worked for the Game and for the recent film legend. She did my hair and makeup exactly how I wanted it. The photographer also made me feel at ease, he suggested poses to do, so it wasn't as much pressure behind the camera. The pictures came out great, a lot of choice to go through and they did student discount! All in all, a great day out.

We visited as a party of 2 mums and 3 daughters. Overall we had a very positive experience. We didn't get a mini-facial but the makeover team were very friendly and made us look amazing. We had a slight issue with my daughter's hair and she was very upset, but they were very sympathetic, particularly Heather. After 3 re-styles she was happy with it! As we were 5 and we arrived a little late, we took a while to all be ready. The photographer wasn't rude to us but was not outwardly friendly and we felt a bit rushed, and not particularly at ease. Some of the poses didn't work at all, or part of a face was obscured by someone's hair, which she should have noticed, and this wasted some shots. Because we were feeling hurried, we forgot to take a photo of my 2 daughters together which was very disappointing. The photo consultant Chris, did, not surprisingly, try to sell us a large package for a huge amount but was not overly pushy and offered us a good deal in the end. He was helpful during the selection process in terms of which images worked well and which didn't. We have ended up with a set of fabulous images and would recommend Pierre Lemond to others. Top tips: arrive early, choose outfits carefully beforehand so you don't take too much stuff with you and are ready for all the quick changes, and make sure you have as clear an idea as possible before you go, of the sort of look you are after and any particular combinations if you are with a group. It is better to wear smart/evening clothes because these go better with the hair and make-up. Take into account the advice the photo consultant gives but make sure you choose the photos YOU like best!

Booked a shoot with my friend. Her partner came as well as Chris was badly scolded ten days before the shoot and unable to carry various outfits during transit from Surrey. We were met by a jolly team and drinks served in no time. My friend and her partner got some stunning photos together. The make up artist did a brilliant job and made us feel relaxed and special. Not an easy task as undersigned is a rather more mature vintage of 63 plus. The magic of a good photographer soon got us all under his spell and the images at the end of the day were according to my friends, utterly gorgeous. My adopted son in New Zealand commented. Mummy, you look so beautiful! having shared the images with family and friends the feed back has been phenomenal.  If you need a bit of confidence, a good giggle and amazing results pay a visit to Pierre Lemond in Old Street. Better than a Milk Tray and tomato  soup.

Went in with my mum for a photo shoot/pamper day. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating from arrival to saying goodbye. The girl, Nisha not sure of spelling was fabulous at doing my make-up, I was very happy with how she did my make-up and she also gave me lots of tips which was brilliant. The photographer Iggy was absolutely brilliant, he knew how to make us relaxed and knew what poses would best suit us.The photographs turned out AMAZING, I could not have been more happy with them and my mum was also very impressed. The whole team were absolutely lovely and we are already planning our second visit x Talia and Amanda

My best friend booked a shoot with Pierre Lemond as my birthday present this year and it truly was the best present she could have ever brought! The photographer was amazing and I felt so comfortable even being shot in my underwear! :-O and it's been the biggest confidence boost ever. I felt gorgeous and the pictures showed it too! Wanted to buy every single picture! I would highly recommend to anyone and would 100% book again! Thank you Pierre Lemond and your fabulous team :- xx
