Lovely coffee stop before getting Ferry as close to the port & the views are fantastic. Felt that the service was a little "cold" and the place needed a good clean, especially the windows! Didn't have any food so can't comment on this but coffee was fine. Main attraction is the view!
First time visiting and would recommend to book on line to avoid disappointment.the views are amazing the restaurant is so clean and all staff very helpful and polite. The food was delicious and I couldn't fault it in any way full of flavour , highly recommend I'm definitely going back . Dietary restrictions: Just ask staff before ordering, had the option for gluten-free bun .
Often pop into Pier One for an early morning coffee and occasionally a breakfast, before work. Stunning views to start your day with a smile. Staff friendly table service and the breakfasts are delicious. Can get busy, especially at weekends and weather is fine. Worth a visit.
Good food, great service with arguably the best views in Plymouth. Had a lovely lunch today with my daughter. Baked camembert and a Caesar Salad with chicken and Bacon, most excellent and very large. Would highly recommend.Food: 5/5

A lovely location, obviously very popular, with the best seats/tables overlooking Plymouth sound, full. It was a lovely day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Four of us had brunch and were looking forward to it. The food was well presented although not as hot as it should have been. It was palatable and tasty. Raising the matter with staff, we were offered our drinks complimentary. Well done to them.
View was amazing and the food was lovely. Staff were very polite and friendly. Service was rather slow and music too loud but other than that, a lovely meal!
It’s really horrible serve by manager and chief. I ordered a medium steak but they served well done and said who serves like that and not accept to replace it. And the manager was very rude.
We came here for a quick drink yesterday afternoon and we were really pleased with the experience. Staff were attentive and drinks came quickly. The price isn't too bad for the beautiful location and they have a really nice selection of ciders too which is good to see. Would come back again.Service: 5/5
Eggs Benedict woth crispy bacon, and it was excellent. The staff are fantastic and a credit to PeirOne. Toilets very clean. Well worth a visit.
