Incredible historical venue of all sorts. Came all the way from the United States to see Halifax and The Piece Hall. Great acoustics and you could feel the bass - especially from the upper level balcony. Food was offered by local vendors and was reasonably priced and tasted good. I hope Rick makes this an annual occurrence!
Beautiful place that has quirky shops, welcoming bars and a great venue for live music. I was luckily enough to see Richard Ashcroft play. If your looking for something different it's definitely worth a visit.Visited onWeekend
We initially went to see Bill Bailey there. The venue was absolutely stunning, especially with the stage lighting at the night time. The staff were phenomenal, it fet more of a cosy festival then a gig. We returned the next day to explore the shops, which boasted a wide selection of wares for sale. In all Halifax felt homely and how shopping towns use to be.
First time here to see Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds & will definitely be back. We usually go into Manchester to see bands but this place is intimate and very well organised. We got Balcony tickets which were well worth the money - Plus the bar hardly had a queue Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Superb space and building, it's hard to imagine that such a place exists in UK, it looks like Italy. When the weather is good it's fantastic to stroll around, perusing the shops, bars, and cafes. There's not a huge number of shops but it's pretty varied and there's something that should interest kids and adults alike. There are lifts and plenty of toilets. There are many events held regularly here, the other nice thing is that there are plenty of car parks nearby, and the surrounding streets with borough market, and numerous arcades nearby make for an interesting day out. Highly recommended.
Open Air concert in the courtyard. The Stanglers. Good management. Lots of bar access, Loos, security going in was a little slow. Good venue and parking close by..Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes

A relaxing and enjoyable location for both families and couples. There are numerous stores to explore, as well as coffee shops and restaurants for when you need to refuel. After parking your car in the nearby shopping center, take a short walk. A fantastic way to spend a weekend.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Got tickets for the balcony level. Was glad to have brought earplugs, the type for listening to live music, because the sound is so great that you can feel it through your body at the balcony level. It was a fantastic experience and very memorable. Staff were all so friendly and helpful.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
