Great, friendly service!! On arrival the staff cleaned the table before we sat down great to see during the pandemic. The pie was absolutely top notch and so were the chips!!. No room for dessert but the sticky toffee pudding did sound good. Great experience!
Definitely worth a visit if in Totnes. Beautiful pie, the meat was so tender. Make sure you're hungry. Really chilled atmosphere, dog friendly.

Amazing pie experience. The owner was brilliant and looked after us so well. An added bonus was they made a gluten free pie for me which was not normally gluten free without any issues whatsoever. Delicious food, great gin and lovely company.

Delicious food, amazing service, welcoming atmosphere, great selection of food and drinks. All round great. The homity is my favourite and the chips are to die for! The new gluten free pastry is a winner too :
Was lucky enough to get a table here after our previous plans fell through. And it was a great find - good quality pies cooked to order so expect a wait, in a relaxed and friendly setting. A range of drinks are available too - from real ale to cocktails, as well as a range of tea and coffee. A hidden gem.
We had a takeaway tonight as we’re having a week off work but staying local so trying to make it special. It was so delicious! I had chicken and ham pie with mash and my husband had steak and ale pie with chips, shared gravy and greens. Really recommend the food here, proper homemade pastry and delicious all round!
The restaurant was fully booked so we ordered a takeaway, two pies with chips came to £17, excellent quality, very friendly service. It was our third time, we have visited everytime we're in Totnes. Would recommend the steak and ale pie, delicious.
