Something is seriously wrong with the ju-ju at this place. Very unfriendly people. Surly doorman, curt staff. I reluctantly went in to have something valued, but there are other, better options in the city. Avoid.

Excellent customer service all round. They buy jewelry and gold so have a security guard on the door who does a good job at getting rid of trouble probably the same people who leave low reviews.
i lost my engagement ring that was made in 1918. i found a similar one in piccadilly jewellers. the staff were kind and helpful. this was much appreciated because i was so embarrassed at losing it in the first place. the jewellery for sale is absolutely beautiful.
Difficult when there's no prices on items displayed in the window.
