Very friendly and not in the least bit pushy when it comes to sales.  You're allowed to wander at your leisure without being constantly pushed towards a particular item like many outlets do.  I was there for some time and left with one piano in mind.  Spoke to Lesley the proprietor on the phone later and agreed a deal on a very nice baby grand; a couple of days later it was sitting proudly in the sitting room.  The delivery team are first class too, no issues whatsoever.  I can highly recommend Suffolk Pianos.

Have just taken receipt of a beautiful John Broadwood piano. Due to lockdown restrictions I couldn't go and see the piano in person, but I felt very comfortable in letting Lesley choose the right one for me. It was delivered very promptly with the promise of being able to return it should it not be quite right in any way.

I would certainly recommend Suffolk Pianos, who did a complete refurbishment on our Broadwood Piano. They were helpful and friendly, giving progress reports and advice and throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the results. Excellent service.
