The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Chris has been doing my physio and I’m beyond impressed with the treatment and help I received through the whole process.

I was involved in a car crash and Chris Barrett took great care of me. He was excellent found him to be really attentive and made me feel at ease and  helped me a lot to get out of my pain. Very professional and would highly recommend going to see Chris for any injury.
Also girls on reception at Ponteland clinic very helpful and friendly.
Thank you for all the help i received.

Referred to Physiotherapy Matters with my wife following a recent car accident, both of us have been impressed with the set up of the practice and in particular the physio we've both seen.
Chris Barrett has been great for both of us, I've gone from dreading the appointments to actually looking forward to them.  The communication from the team on reception is also first rate.  If anyone is looking for a physio I would highly recommend these guys.

This physiotherapy practice were excellent. Richard Dodd has been absolutely brilliant in helping me sort out my shoulder problems. I have been going to Richard for 8 weeks and he has done more for me in these 8 weeks than another physiotherapist i had attended before been sent to physiotherapy matters. When i 1st went to physiotherapy matters i couldn't wash my hair without help or do any hoovering but thanks to Richard i am able to do both these things and more.The reception staff are really friendly and professional too. Would highly recommend
