After sustaining a chronic knee injury I was genuinely scared I wouldn't ever be able to competitively run again. But Kate was fantastic, not only was the treatment spot on but she is also such a lovely person to talk to and put up with my impatience!

Thanks to her I can now get back on the horse and start training for my marathon next year, I really couldn't recommend a physiotherapist more highly.

I've had a few sessions with Kate now. Today was my first treatment of acupuncture as part of the process of recovering from a recent back injury. Kate knew I had a fear of needles from a previous conversation she had when I came to see her last year. Kate took her time to talk me through the whole process, this allowed me to feel comfortable and reassured. I didn't really feel a thing, it was gentle and really helped release the tension in my muscles. Kate finished the treatment off with some tissue massage before using ultrasound.
I have used many physios over my time playing rugby, Kate is by far the best and knowledgeable and knows what is best for me and any injuries that I pick up. Thanks Kate

After suffering from uncomfortable back pains for years from teaching, I decided to do something about it. I first saw Kate, really unsure about how things would improve. I instantly felt at ease with Kate as she listened and suggested possible treatments to improve the discomfort. I now regularly see Kate and thoroughly recommend her. I can honestly say, that making that step to do something about it, has been life changing.

After doing exercises recommended by my GP and trying to improve my posture my back showed no real improvement until I came here. I received massage and other physiotherapy treatments which really helped to reduce my back pain for the first time in years. The cause of my back pain was explained to me in detail and the service I received was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Recommended!

Since having my babies I've had constant niggling back problems. A friend of mine has been going to Kate for months and swears by her so I thought, why not? After just two sessions, I felt re-aligned, strong and haven't had any problems. I thoroughly recommend her!
