I had an excellent experience. Jonny was exceptional in diagnosing my issue quickly and accurately. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the start, and he provided a tailored treatment plan that truly helped me recover. Johnny was thorough in explaining the cause of my pain and guided me through each step of the rehabilitation process. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of professional and effective physiotherapy treatment.

I saw Jenny for a women's health physio appointment. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I learned a lot about how my body had changed with pregnancy and how I can help it recover. I had a pelvic floor assessment too which was carried out professionally and helped me understand how I use my pelvic floor. I highly recommend an appointment with Jenny if you're experiencing any post pregnancy pains or concerns

As always Danny is fantastic, having worked with him on all my rehab needs for over 10 years I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care. He is extremely knowledgeable and works with you as an individual to tailor rehabilitate to suit your abilities and lifestyle.

I first visited 7 weeks postnatal for an initial consultation with Jenny. I had a lot of pelvic pain and discomfort that I had hoped would have improved by this point. Jenny was brilliant and listened to my concerns, developed a plan and gave much needed reassurance. She set out a realistic plan as a new mum to help improve my symptoms and at my review appointment I was pain free! I can’t recommend Jenny enough!

Daniel was excellent. I felt a lot more knowledgeable about the source of my problems and how to help begin to treat the issue. He worked on my muscles in my back and showed me strengthening exercises to target the areas of my back I need to work on. I will definitely be back!

I had an initial consultation with Jonny and was impressed by his knowledge and attentiveness. I got assessed, diagnosed and received some needle treatment all within this first session. I was given a clear plan of action and a realistic time frame of recovery for each of my issues. Jonny then followed up with detailed instruction videos of the exercises I needed to work on. Spot on - would definitely recommend.

Can't recommend Danny at Physio Effect highly enough. I've had to go to Danny in two marathon training blocks for different running related injuries, and he has helped me through to complete the race each time. Treatment and rehab both very well explained and super effective. Very professional service from start to finish!

I have been experiencing shoulder pain for a few months and Daniel was recommended by a friend. Initial assessment and treatment was excellent, and Daniel gave a clear explanation of the problem, and exercises to help. Very pleased and will be attending until issue is resolved. Highly recommend

Brilliant first physio session with Johnny. Made to feel at home straight away, everything was explained very well and clearly, left me knowing exactly my next steps and what actions to take. Glad I made the decision to go!

With an urgency to get back to work following a broken wrist I saw Jonny via the seafarers hospital society physio program. With very limited mobility in my wrist I was dubious how effective physio would be as I was concerned things had not healed properly. Jonny was reassuring from the beginning and    had me ready to return to work in no time. If I ever require physio again I would certainly be back to Physio effect. The staff are welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout my course of treatment.
