Very impressed with PHS. It's hard to find that "Goldilocks" spot where the customer has room to browse without being ignored...and yet find the correct input without being pushy. PHS got this spot on with me. Mine was a refurb of a small bathroom on a tight budget. I presented Linda and Ricky with a rough sketch with approximate dimensions. They demonstrated a real understanding of the issues and were helpful in pointing out potential savings for my refit. As we got into details they showed a real wealth of product knowledge. Those "bite you in the arse later" moments never arose. Every purchase had the benefits and pitfalls clearly anticipated. All of those little "on-costs" were anticipated and clearly explained. Over the next few days I had to deal with PHS over the phone. All calls were answered promptly and directed to the correct person. Call backs all happened at the appointed time. When dealing with Ricky or Linda their in-house notes allowed a seamless path through the planning, ordering, payment, storage and delivery. Yes...I did look on the internet to see if I could find better value. I couldn't. Showroom staff, backroom staff, delivery staff.....all spot on. I almost wish I had another bathroom to refurbish .... just for the pleasure of dealing with this company.
Can't praise richard enough. Very helpful in every aspect and even assisted in picking out a colour scheme for our bathroom. Lots of praise to the delivery man as well who was very courteous when delivering. Great stuff.
We had a great experience using PHS Supplies. Steven was really friendly and knowledgable and helped plan our bathroom for us. Delivery was quick and a smooth process. We're so happy with the bathroom products we ordered, really great quality. Would recommend.
Buying a bathroom from here ended up being a very painful experience. One part was damaged, another part end of bath panel they had just forgotten to order, systems kept crashing during our initial appointments, the first designer we spoke to took our measurements down wrong so we ended up having to come back and redo the design. The bathroom is now finished and nice but we had to take 4 trips back to the shop for the broken and missing parts. I was told we'd get the missing part £40 for free due to the inconvenience but went in the next day to pick it up and they made me pay.
Appalling customer service. Called in today with my wife, we're upgrading a bathroom. Wandered around looking at the bathrooms, nobody was remotely interested. An overweight woman sat at a desk in the middle of the showroom, was chit chatting to some man in a plumber's shirt, I could hear it was nothing important. I walked past them, she looked at me, couldn't smile, say hello or ask if I needed help, just a complete blank. Even if she was busy, a simple 'I'll be with you in a minute' would have been polite. PHS was the last call of several showrooms around Wrexham, they are right off the list now. I'd suggest if PHS are serious about business, they get some courteous staff.
At our builder's suggestion we visited PHS to look at bathrooms for our new build. From our initial enquiry right through to delivery, every member of staff, without exception, has been extremely helpful and made dealing with PHS an absolute pleasure. Due to Covid there have been hiccups along the way but each time PHS have communicated with us promptly and helped us source alternatives. Although all have been excellent, especial thanks goes to Kris Ellis who really has gone above and beyond to help us. Outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this company. Thanks all.
Needed a seal for shower quadrant, Linda was extremely helpful and quick in liaising with Smiths-Briten who were also extremely helpful in sourcing the seal and placing the order.
Purchased a bathroom suite from them,prompt delivery and the staff I dealt with were very helpful.
Super service from Linda...she's a diamond! Great products, value and service. Thanks
