Took my phone in with a replacement screen after a day they managed to mess the entire phone up, speakers didnt work, sim card wouldnt work, so they said they will keep it for another week and send it to newcastle to their other shop. After returning it wasnt the same again now few months on the sim card slot has broke all together and the speaker of the phones have gone been ripped off totally avoid wish i had made them pay for it at the time.

Opening times on Google stated they closed at 5:30pm. Called to confirm this. No mention of closing for lunch, so called in at 1:30pm to discover shutters down and a sign saying "back at 2:30pm." Unimpressed.
