Fantastic service from car 833. Tried to post this review a while back but it didn't work . The young lad is an absolute credit to your company stopped his car and helped my younger son who was in a complete meltdown . Recognized him from a previous job where they sat and talked about roblox Calmed him down instantly . Great company for s.e.n children thanks again Phoenix ‍‍
Car 400- Billy I recommend billy, he’s really kind and caring, get along with him well and helps you when needed. He’s not grumpy like some other drivers. There’s alot of space in the car and he reassures you that everything is okay. I wish we had more drivers like him for sure! I do recommend billy.
Picked up promptly by happy, friendly Steve despite the early hour and weather.He packed our cases into the car, chatted about common interests all the way then on arrival, found us a trolley which he packed leaving us to simply make our way into the terminal hassle free. A great start to a much needed holiday. Thank you Steve.
Today we had the very best driver I’ve ever had. Our driver Collin 115, immediately understood without us saying a word that we had a difficult journey ahead with our autistic son. Collin straight away asked if we needed the radio turned off, offered to activate the child locks, and gave us all the time in the world to get our son buckled up at his own pace. Most of all - Collin knew when to talk with our son and when he didn’t want to throughout the journey. As a result my son actually chose to speak with him of his own accord without prompting or encouragement which he NEVER does with strangers. They spoke about retro games together and despite my son being quite and seemingly to most people not listening, Collin sensed throughout that he was listening and let the conversation flow at my son’s pace. Have to say this was a difficult day - and Collin really helped turn what we expected to be a hugely challenging journey into a cherished memory! You’re a legend Collin. We are so truly grateful.
We have had a couple of great taxis rides today. Car no.400 and 405 were so friendly and so helpful, very chatty and polite especially to our little girl which made her day playing her disney songs, would definitely recommend this company. Thank you
Booking was very easy by phone, Taxi driver arrived promptly very polite and helpful with bags etc at both sides. The car was immaculately clean and the early morning drive to the airport i must say i found very comfortable.
Booked an eight seater taxi to take us all to a wedding at Otterburn, excellent booking experience fast and very competitive pricing, taxi arrived spot on time both ways and four pick ups and drop offs to the door, very friendly and helpful drivers. Wouldn’t book any other company the next time.
Car 603 Richard was a great driver, turning up in the early hours to take us to the airport, smiling, helpful and chatty. He was a good driver and really nice lad. Would recommend and will use again, thank you Richard for a great journey.
