Always find trouble with prescriptions and making an appointment is impossible on most days. The DR's and auxiliary staff are amiable and friendly. But some of the time I think even the staff are dismayed. Overall Dr Cambell- Hill has been a God send, diagnosing the exact problems I have to deal with.

Good treatment, but very difficult to get an appropriate appointment. As others have mentioned it's a lottery of trying to phone in when the surgery opens and get through to make an appointment on the day. If nothing is available the alternative of a scheduled appointment means a 2-3 week wait!

It’s getting harder to get a appointment, I am not sure why but if they carry on making it almost impossible to see a doctor I shall write a letter of concern to the NHS, pity, as the doctors all seem very efficient in their work & good people here and even most of the reception are friendly! It’s a shame they don’t want to do the job they set them selves up to do in the first place! Somethings not right, I have a feeling it’s like this in many places now, so perhaps we have to blame this on the Government cutbacks, now there’s a big surprise, it’s to do with the unhanded cut-backs & practices of the now conservative party and that dreadful so called health minster Jeremy Hunt! Who’s ability and care to his work ethics is clearly laid within his surname!

I have a chronic condition and i’m usually able to get pushed in for a blood test on short notice. The staff, nurses and doctors are lovely and helpful.

They know there's a problem with phone and they have not done anything to fix it now it's not compleat working
