Dreadful end product have come back a few times to rectify but not rectified it really is not satisfactory. I have had some other companies out to check who have said how badly the product has been finished but Phoenix flooring will not rectify the issue. Absolutely dreadful customer service, would most definitely not recommend. We did not decline for it to be fixed we would just like something more satisfactory as Phoenix flooring advised that this type of edging was not working on development so he doesn’t blame us for wanting it done differently.
Thanks for an amazing floor ! The service from Leigh was impeccable start to finish he took the time to explain about different types of flooring and recommended the right product for our needs. My wife returned many times with more questions and nothing was too much trouble. He sat us down and answered all our questions. The fitter was well mannered and did a fantastic job of fitting our new floor. We will definitely be returning when we complete our renovations for the next stage. Great company, knowledgable and friendly staff. We will recommend to our friends and family.
Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new carpet and the customer service from Stuart at Phoenix Flooring and Mike who did a brilliant job fitting the carpet. It makes the stairs, landing and bedroom look so much brighter. Thank you both for a job well done.

Very good service from start to finish. The two Luxury Vinyl Tile fitters - Nathan and Jamie - were extremely polite and quiet workers who did a very professional job of the kitchen flooring.
Leigh was super, with professional guidance and advice, suggesting the right options for us. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and helped make it a reality. The level of service has been amazing, the products and value are excellent. Our experience right from the start, through to the quality of carpets and fitting standards has been exceptional. We are delighted with the carpets and LVT and the value has been fantastic. 100% recommend them and will definitely return when new flooring required.

I Used this company recently to fit vinyl to my kitchen diner. The work was carried out to A very high standard. I had a concern with flooring because was extremely uneven and the fitters had to level the flooring off to fit the vinyl. I did not need to worry as the fitter knew exactly what they were doing. I don't usually wright reviews but I was so pleased When the flooring was finished I thought I had too. T
Phoenix - Did an excellent job from start to finish with the installation of our new flooring. Very professional company and excellent fitters Would highly recommend them.
