I came here last night for the first time after searching endlessly online for a Chinese that catered for gluten free that was nearby to me as I am coeliac. Delighted to have found this place. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very detailed in how they treat food prep for allergens. the food was delicious and I know I'll be back there very soon.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

First time back in quite a few years , didn't disappoint , food gorgeous,  and Pik Ling as good a host as ever  Parking: Free from 6pm

We have visited this restaurant many times and we have never been disappointed. The food is consistently excellent. The service was very welcoming and the waiting staff were pleasant and attentive. We came to celebrate a birthday and brought our grandchildren, who were made very welcome. The dim sum platter is highly recommended especially the salt and pepper ribs, the crispy duck is always delicious and the mains are freshly cooked and very tasty. Pik Ling produced this beautifully presented fresh fruit platter at the end of the meal - a work of art. We will certainly be back.

100% recommend, if you like Chinese food you'll be more than satisfied if you visit Phoenix City. Lovely food staff and restaurant. Go on treat yourself.Food: 5/5

Amazing owners and staff. Pikling goes all out to make sure you have everything you want and need for an event. We held our charity Tapathon there today and it went so well! After the event lots of us stayed there in the restaurant and the food was fantastic as usual. On the whole a wonderful event made very easy by Pikling.

Amazing food and amazing hosts. They go out of their way to serve you. A lovely and very friendly couple  Kid-friendliness: Provided a highchair or booster seat whichever one we needed gave my nephew bubbles, a whistle and balloons and interacted with him

Always have a very good meal at this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit.Food: 5/5

Tried the £20 banquet which was then discounted for the Chinese New Year. Had choice of soup, mixed starter and a main course served with plenty of rice. Friendly staff made it a a very enjoyable evening.

Last night was my first visit. Deffo be back. One of best chinese meals I've had. Delightful friendly staff
