Lovely friendly lady I've had a previous service done, sent an email about a different service that I'm interested in and by the end of the day, she had responded. She values her customers!

I first visited Phoenix Beauty in January for a back massage. Helen was my therapist and she was just wonderful, just the right pressure and she worked on the knots in my shoulders, of which there were many! I left that day with a lot more movement in that area than I have felt for a long time. Since then I have returned for a monthly treatment. I have also had other treatments from Helen including a deluxe pedicure, excellent, eyebrow shape and tint again really, really pleased. Lydia and Helen are both very welcoming and friendly and I am so pleased to have found this salon and would highly recommend it.

My first time using Phoenix Beauty today and I shall definitely be returning. Friendly welcome and a painless treatment. Having not had my eyebrows waxxed for a few years I was apprehensive, but I needn't have worried. Thank you Phoenix Beauty
