Well I just can’t describe in so little words how happy I am! I’ve been looking and trying various hairdressers but never been happy with either with the cut or colour.  Until today! Ruth did the most amazing job in correcting both a bad previous colour and cut! Best colour and cut I’ve ever had and now I’ve found my place to go! Fantastic team, always asking if I’m cold, too hot, 3 cups of tea! They really made me so comfortable and above else listened and gave such professional advice,  Thank you Ruth and girls. Looking forward to my next appointment xxx

Just had my second visit to Phase 2. So happy to find this salon and Kim who has transformed my hair. Such a wonderful job and leaves me feeling pampered. Heidi washed my hair today and she did a wonderful job. She is clearly going to be a great hairdresser, she has a natural skill with making you feel comfortable and relaxed despite her young age. Great head massage too. Thank you both, i will be a regular now xx

Always a great place to visit. Liv on reception is so very welcoming, acknowledging you despite there being a busy reception. Takes coat and always offers a drink. Even an extra biscuit she lets my stylist Ruth know I’m there and chats away to me until I’m ready to start. I love visiting this salon, have done for almost 15yrs. A welcoming, kind smiling team. The front house should not go unnoticed, they are the face of the salon and very attentive, accommodating and professional. Next visit already booked with Ruth who is the most understanding knowledgeable stylist I have ever used. A great listener and always carry’s out my vision.

first time getting my hair done kim made me feel very comfortable and helped me figure out just what i wanted , she did an amazing job as i was so pleased with the outcome . heidi also so lovely and did a great job ! x

I won't be going here again. I was not very happy with cut and how much I was charge, I basically had a little trim and I feel just for half of inch cut  £50 was very over priced it was the 1st time going to this hairdressers but unfortunately it will be the last

Never been before but from the time i walked in i was happy salon was spotlessly clean kim mmy stylìst was exceptional all the were freindly was offered coffe throuout my appoitment i cant belive how kim made my hair lòok its gorgeous  am so happy i cant tell you i e booked my nxt apt with kim i  will defo be a regular from now thank you so much kim for my beautifull hair style and thanks to everyone that made me feel at ease and so welcome thanks girls and a special thank you to kim xx

My wife was very nervous about going to a different stylist. Kym made my wife feel at ease, and the result was amazing. Highly recommend to all.

Always a wonderful experience at this salon Kim and others are  always welcoming and  make me feel at ease, my hair always looks better than expected and I leave feeling awesome!!

I visited this salon yesterday for a cut and blow dry. The girl who washed my hair was amazing. The head massage she gave while conditioning my hair nearly sent me to sleep. Jodie cut my hair for me, I’m so so happy with it! I’ve needed a proper hair cut for a long time and she cut my hair beautifully. Very friendly lady too. Will definitely become a regular at this salon.
