Avoid at all costs!!!! Over an hour I've waited in the freezing cold with my 2 year old for this pharmacy to open, 9 o'clock opening, they didn't arrive to open the shop until after 10am. Rude staff who just made up excuse after excuse, had a delivery whilst waiting for the shop to open which they loaded into the back of their car and drove off with it, which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed. Could have been anyone.

First time i visited this Pharmacy a couple of weeks ago after seeing an out of hours doctor who prescribed me antibiotics. Literally they jump on you to take your blood pressure! I told them i dont want my blood pressure checked as the Dr had only just checked it. They really pressure you into taking your blood pressure infront of people waiting for their prescriptions. I'm all for this 24hr blood pressure testing, however they literally force you into taking the machine. What's happened with patient confidentiality? All staff need training on Customer Service. They told me the blood pressure machine will be collected from me, the issues i had was stressful. They had the cheek to ask me to drop it off, i refused until they collected it from me. I went in for one prescription and was in there for 45 minutes. They do not answer calls or respond to emails. They told me i would get a copy of my blood pressure results, still waiting it's been week & half. This pharmacy is not run very well & i feel it needs to be looked into. Especially the forcing into checking your blood pressure.

Only giving a 1 star because it's my first time coming into the pharmacy, and it's so dysfunctional..... No signs where to get prescriptions. It's all run by a family and it's just all over the place. I was told my prescription was ready yet I waited 45 mins.nEveryone was in the back chatting and having a laugh, the young man was flirting with the hijabis out the back. Not professional at all. All customers were looking at eachother as we heard their conversations..... Not good

Fantastic pharmacy and staff. Attended late on a Sunday evening, needed help for infected bite. Took my observations and assessed my bite, prescribed antibiotics immediately. Very happy. Thankyou so much

Excellent pharmacy, mostly has everything you need. Services are great and everyone in there is polite and very helpful. Great advice always given and great opening hours! Open Monday to Saturday until 9pm and open until 11pm on a Sunday! Only pharmacy I know that does this!
