I have been using this pharmacy for nearly 2 years ,I have to regularly pick up medication due to illness ,There is only one member of staff that is genuinely really lovely ,all the rest are quite rude .However my real concern is how they practice. When medication is ordered via the NHS App why does this pharmacy not receive the order ,or so they claim .Medication that is out of stock is assured will be ordered but several days later when I return the item hasn't been ordered and im met with utter confusion .Ive received medication and when unpacking my order back home ,have found the security seals broken and medication missing ,Meaning I havnt got what has been prescribed. My advice to anyone using this pharmacy please check each box of medication before leaving their premises as it is treated your word against theirs . I have now found another pharmacy as trust with medication is of the up most importance

I've been with Churchview Pharmacy for about a year, having moved to Rowley Regis in March 2025.nInitially the pharmacy was great, friendly approachable staff & perfect delivery service.nBut as time went on, my medication deliveries were either late or lost completely.nAs I'm disabled, I experience a lot of pain & difficulties. So, when my medication is late or missing, really affects my physical & mental health, as I'm in so much pain & discomfort I cannot move...nIve rang the practice numerous times asking when my medication would be delivered & why were they lost, etc.nI've now left that pharmacy & am really hopeful the new one is better

Its never fun to need a prescription late Sunday evening... but the staff here made it easy. They helped on the phone, made sure the item was ready for a quick pickup the taxi was waiting and were friendly, warm and helpful.nIm very pleased and feel that the professional support I received made a stressful event much easier. Thank you!

Cannot fault the pharmacists that work here, they were the only people that actually gave me help and advice for my son even after trying the doctors for 2 days. They were so helpful and from their advice I got my son seen straight away and got her medicine that he needed!nnAbsolutely faultless, cannot thank Salem enough for his help

Went in for an earwax removal and the service was amazingnnCleared my ears after the first session and can hear a lot better now, staff were very helpful also, would 100% recommend
