Every time my partner goes in, the staff member named Rebecca Parsons is extremely rude to her. The only reason for this is because she chooses to wait to collect a prescription. The prescription is for a controlled drug so the medication is needed when the prescription is due. It's not something that can wait a few days. Today, Rebecca decided to berate my partner which was very audible to the public area. Clearly she has no customer service skills and thinks that just because she isn't good at, or is unsatisfied by, her job that she can berate customers and be disrespectful to their face and behind their back. Appalling service.

Plaza doc prescribed antibiotics for chest infection at 5.10pm, got to the pharmacy at 6pm and they were closed. Nothing to suggest early closure on the website and the GP clearly didn’t know. Very disappointing. A gent with a smug grin came to the door and stated they were  closed til 6.30 am following day no explanation, no antibiotics. Accept this but Pharmacy need to keep website updated and liaise with plaza GPs.

Went for walk in as my daughter’s having fever 39.5 to be told that appointments are all fully book but there were no other people in there but us. They could’ve see her at least since there was no one in there. Disappointed

This pharmacy does not get enough credit,  I've been in here several times when people were not being very pleasant and the staff always handled the situation perfectly! The team are always lovely and polite and will do their very best for you in difficult situations. And always very efficient in ordering repeat prescriptions. Thank you station plaza

Won't sell you products even if prescriped by GP

Prior to finding this particular Pharmacy I used several others locally with varying degrees of success, mostly not good, from inefficiency to rudeness to lack of empathy and at times lack of availability of medications.  I've used this Pharmacy for quite sometime now for my regular prescriptions and despite they're always being incredibly busy and under pressure the whole day long,  have always found their whole team from the Pharmacist to behind the counter staff to be unfailingly kind, courteous, understanding and efficient.  A special mention goes to Harry with many thanks for his quiet unfailing kindness, courtesy and helpfulness.  Thank you so much Harry.

I regularly use this chemist!, and in my appinion they are leaps ahead of the other chemist in the town, of which I have also used and are in no way as good. Regularly having to help with situations that the Dr's from the area have often created. All throughout the Covid pandemic last year they have been brilliant. Keeping a safe high standard of care whilst being polite and understanding. There delivery service is reliable and also have high standards and a pleasant attitude.

Dentist Department review. From the always friendly, helpful receptionists to my new dentist Nilofer with two great and experienced supportive dental nurses and new hygienist Anu, I've had my best experience for a long while. When I had a broken tooth they got me in the same day and did a great job. My new hygienist also did a great job with no pain, very patient. Both professionals ensured I was good through the whole process and discussed everything with me at all stages. Very impressed! Thank you
