These guys are totally useless, clueless and actually a bit mental. I can't make myself any clearer yet I'm sure they're hearing things or just making stuff up. They never call back when they say they will. Wires are constantly crossed. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Awful, truly awful. Zero out of ten if possible for this lot

Don't always assume the worst with heating companies plus it is a common fact that people only focus on the negative stuff with these types of organizations and very rarely comment on the positives. The company itself is not terrible nor do they offer a poor service, the other reviews you are reading are from people who have only "probably" had one encounter /experience with them. Nationally they cover the whole of the UK and at the very least carry out over 2000+ gas services a day, that is one third of their business a day!! How do know this, let's just say that I have inside information. Don't let the other reviews sway you from your views towards this company, not every organization is perfect and this is no exception but it's far from the worst.

Rubbish company. I don't have heating and hot water from last 25days. Still they can't fix it. 6 engineers came but don't have any clue what to do. I phone the office 100 times for temporary heating they promise but still not delivering. 😡

If I could give 0 I would , rude people we live in a block of 4 flats we and another resident put a complaint in about the noise of then blasting the stereo why working so they then took the next hour to slag everyone off in the flats they were rude to my partner when they spoke to her she had to move all the tools out of the way why she was trying to get out they've damaged my wall in the hall way leaving a big crack in the wall then decided to put a horrible peice of trunking over it witch still doesn't cover the crack , all I can say is there horrible cowboys who don't no there a** from there elbow , the work is still going on to this minute and on phase 2 they will not be gaining access due to there attitude. Still waiting for the regional manager to call me back.
