Have never had a bad experience with this surgery. Receptionists are always polite and willing to help. The Doctors are understanding and patient. When I've had an urgent problem I've always been seen that day or had a telephone consultation within a few hours.

Been let down by this surgery on many occasions seeking support and not getting any , just leaflets handed to me and also they think a 2 minute phone call is a good enough consultation for someone who was involved in a car accident. Can never get any appointments , some doctors and the receptionist can be very snotty rude and uninterested. Working in NHS I can understand why A and E is filling up all the time and putting pressures on the hosptial , probably because they aren’t getting seen quick enough from their GPS, don't advise this surgery to anyone

Absolutely disgusting... called Monday morning because my 4 year old had an awful flare of blisters on her skin which was very painful. The receptionist was not very happy to help at all, asked if it was “urgent” if so then she could help me further...I was refused an appointment but offered a phone call from a doctor. I spoke to a Doctor M who told me to look online at a certain virus called “molluscum contagiosum “ and that it was probably that which will disappear in 18 months. “There is no magic cream for it”. Picked my daughter up from school and took her to Hydepark pharmacy and the pharmacist was horrified with what she saw on my daughters arm. Blisters had burst and spread everywhere. Eventually the pharmacist managed to get a doctors appointment for her. The outcome? Shingles !!! My poor little girl would have been suffering if the pharmacist had not persisted. What is it with this particular surgery refusing to see infants ???? How can you diagnose something over a telephone ?? Wish I knew how had to complain to a suitable person.

Super happy with my doctor. First time I've felt listened to in a long time. Great with my kids too.It does take weeks to get an appointment but I'm generally able to get hold of someone on the phone or an emergency slot if it's important.

While I had very good experience with doctors, it is almost impossible to make appointments at this surgery. Several times I was turned away over the phone for my toddler with fever. I usually spend about 30 min in the telephone waiting line. For myself I could not get hold of them over the phone for 3 days (over sms they apologised after 3 days that there was a malfunctioning of their lines), and when I walked in with 40 fever and clearly in distress, I was shouted at from the receptionist. This is not how you treat patients.
