Max is nearly 9 now and he’s been to this groomers since we got him as a puppy. He’s tail starts wagging the minute we walk in so you know he’s happy to be there. Very friendly and always do a really nice groom!

I recently went to this store, and I have to say that the customer service was fantastic. The employees were very helpful and patient with me as I navigated the store and searched for the items that I needed.  The fact that the employees took the time to assist me and ensure that I found everything I was looking for was greatly appreciated. It's always reassuring to receive assistance from knowledgeable and friendly employees, especially when you're unsure of where to find something in the store.  Overall, I had a great experience at the store, and the customer service was a big part of that. The fact that the employees went above and beyond to help me made a huge difference and made me feel valued as a customer.

Lovely service by a person with cats of their own. We came in looking for items as new cat parents around three months ago and they gave us solid advice regarding litter, pet insurance and harness training. I don’t remember their name, but has two cats and colourful hair. Thank you for all your help, Abbie is doing great thanks to you!

Worst branch I’ve ever been to in the UK. People by the tills are beyond rude for no reason when you’re asking them how they are doing they just completely blank you. The vets in there are AWFUL charging people a £40 consultation fee for what???? Honestly, do yourselves a favour and never bring your pets to their vets, I brought my 6 month kitten and the vet woman manhandled him saying something about not liking cats under her breath. Absolutely awful experience and I’ve been to the vets twice, do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else. Current vets for my kitten are GoVets in Manchester, they are wonderful and really helpful. I will never step foot again in this pets at home or their vets, absolutely disgraceful customer service / people skills, if you’re miserable just change jobs, don’t make people miserable with you too.

Sadly had to give our bunny up for adoption as the new bun did not bond with our other and it was dangerous for them both. Staff were incredibly kind and caring when I was really upset handing it over. Made a really tough experience much better- great service.

Ordered an Exo Terra vivarium cabinet to here because it was the most affordable place to do so - all the reptile shops have a 20 or 30 pound mark up on it minimum. It arrived in perfect condition, and beyond quickly - two days earlier than predicted! I couldn't be there to pick it up so my partner went and got it for me after I forwarded him the confirmation email, and he said there was no hassle at all. Can't fault 'em, fantastic customer service, and if I need another for another cabinet in the future I'll absolutely get it through Pets at Home

Nice to have lovely team helping out. We had adopted 2 guinea pigs. And their were adorable. And we being offered free vet consultation for next visit, all the informations given was so helpful. Thank you so much

Absolutely lovely store. Everyone working there spent extra time on us and he got so many compliments and met a couple dogs. Got 35% of for most of the order so cheaper than amazon in this case : The groomers are excellent and very inexpensive. Dimitris the vet is good and patient

Great stop for all things pet's. Sign up for the puppy/kitten club in store for loads of discounts.  The Groom Room team are brilliant.

Helpful check out staff.  Long queue but got through quickly. Good selection of products for pet's.
