It's always full of items. So if there is something I can't find enywhere else this is a place to go. Staff is always friendly and happy to help. Animals are well look after so it's always nice to see them. Parking is limited and sometimes hard to find space next to it. One thing which I thing is due to lack of staff, there are always palets on the floor with items that should be on shelfs. But as I already said staff is working the best they can. I feel always welcome there.
The prices in here are way to dear. £15 for a bird teddy that's £3.50 in b&m exactly the same. Spent £80 and only got dog biscuits, a jacket for my dog and a pack of 6 dog food cans. If looking for anything animal search around in other shops to get a bargain.
Friendly,helpful staff.I go in once a week to get my wee dogs mince.Allways get a cheery god morning,and have a nice day when you leave.

Great selection in pets food. Staff are very friendly, knowlegable and efficient. Use you guys all the time
Went looking for anti hairball treats and found them, no problems. Great variety and stock choices. Staff were very helpful and really nice, you could tell they loved to be there and it was after 6pm on a Wednesday night but they were still smiling and making a fuss over the dogs coming in. Dogs and owners that the staff knew by name, I liked that, shows they have a great relationship with their customers. Oh, and the treats were only £1.99, much cheaper than the usual £3.49 from Amazon!

Was in getting new bed for our wee dog Milo there was a wide selection to choose from
Great range but limited stock when looking at items such as dog collars
Very disappointed that the 2 plaques that were ordered were both delivered broken. Packaging was intact but not nearly enough bubble wrap was used. The plaques themselves were excellent and good quality shame they were broken
