I put in a large order to pets parade last week and have just received it, so far so good you might think, but instead of the white angled bulb guards i ordered, they have sent black rectangle bulb guards. Ive tried to contact them by phone and it just continually rings.Tried emailing, so far no reply. Inconvenient and costly if i have to return them at my expense before they refund. Ive just seen other comments about this company and they too seem to have struggled to get a prompt response from pets parade when their order was not fulfilled. My advise at the moment would be avoid this company until they sort out their customer services.
