I have nothing but praise for this store, the staff always greet you on entering the store, they are always friendly and very knowledgeable. My puppy attended their “puppy hour” which was a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other puppies. Thank you for all the treats ;
Excellent friendly service. The ladies are so welcoming and very helpful. My puppy was very nervously and within 10 minutes he was enjoying little treats and fuss. When I couldn’t find a harness to fit one of the staff recommended a cat harness. We haven’t looked back since 20 weeks later and he is still trotting around in it . I popped in today and they even remembered his name. I love shopping local .. I will be back . Thank you for all the advice you have all given me . You have outstanding staff …

Super friendly staff very easy to chat to about animals. I’ve been using this store since I got my dog two years ago despite living closer to pets at home.

Amazing and friendly staff, always very helpful with advice on what to give your puppy/dog and where things are, love brining my puppy back in to see them and to get her more treats.
