The staff here are always very friendly and knowledgable about their products. We always get a warm welcome and our puppy loves to visit the store to get treated! Would highly recommend visiting

I visit this store quite frequently to get food and equipment for my pet snake. The staff are always very friendly and interested, and recently managed to get me an obscure item that wasn't in their usual stock. I look forward to my visits; everyone is so nice! Thank you.

I went into the Ullesthorpe store today, to look at a replacement hamster cage as the one we have is flimsy and inadequate. Kelsi was very helpful and knowledgeable, she took the cage I liked down from the shelf and demonstrated how to open the doors, remove the shelves for cleaning etc. I was very pleased with the service I received and will be using the store again.

The staff here are wonderful, they make such as fuss if my doggy. They are so knowledgable and have helped with every issue I’ve had. Go and see for yourself.
