Not the biggest shop at the moment but best place to get a dog harness and has a bit of everything you'd need. they're moving location so that'll be even better

Can't walk past without my dog pulling in and feel guilty if I don't grab her a treat while in But staff are really helpful and know their stuff

Best pet shop in the Port... Wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate the interest Joan and Peter have in both my dogs and cat. Also give great advice and products. Finally, they deliver which is so handy as I don't drive.

Full engagement with their customers, i cannot recommend these guys enough. They give you the advice and then let you decide what items to go with. No pushy sales, just caring advice and fantastic customer service.

Good selection of cat food you can't get in high Street stores plus lovely friendly helpful owners who are great at giving advice. I'd recommend Burgess. Plus there's a pet friendly cafe upstairs... Haven't taken my cat there yet lol

Very helpful staff. Brilliant with my rottie Bob when I bring him in. Highly recommend this pet shop. Try the liver cake, good healthy treat for dogs and very useful for training.
