BAD customer service, long wait and most staff just eager to get out the back and look anywhere but the customer.

Also most of their fish have not done well in my tank. Also have to provide all your personal details before you're allowed to purchase a gold fish. They register your details on their database!

You can book a session with a member of staff for your children to meet some animals. Angela was amazing, charming, knowledgeable and the kids love it.

Manager here does not want to listen to the customer at all. Asked for the legs to be cut short but a bit of length on top for warmth and got told she wouldn’t do that as makes it look like they don’t know how to groom.
Insisted that we have had that done every winter and we were happy with the results and she replied ‘well I’m the manager and that should never have happened’ 
Absolutely no regard for the customers best wishes and I’m afraid many regular customers have and will be lost due to this attitude.
