This is by far my favorite pet shop in Birmingham! Its a nice big pet shop with a vet indoors! staff are super friendly and always helpfull. they look after the animals they sell very well..always clean cages/fish tanks. you can tell people working here care about animals and thats very nice.

Great place although try and avoid going there between 2pm and 5pm as the dual carriage way located at the exit of the retail park males it very hard to exit.. I spent 37 minuets edging out as the no one lets you out if the lights are green.
