This is the last time I visit this Rochdale Pets at Home. Every time I visit the store, I hear awful cries coming from the vet area. It’s either the way they treat/groom the animals or the animals are just pure frightened ? Squeals and loud shrieks from puppy’s and dogs are just to much to listen to while shopping there. I actually heard a member of staff shout at a little dog while i was there. I feel really concerned for these animals. These animals should not be crying that loud you hear it from the front door ? What level of training do these groomers have ? Because there is something not quite professional demonstrated here.
I enjoy looking round pets at home friendly staff also have own vets and grooming parlour also great as can walk round with your pets
So friendly. The staff do everything they can to help you. Very approachable. They have a pigeon that has taken up residency inside the shop.. They let him in as he pleases. Its lovely to see them even caring for our pigeons :
Great place to buy thinking for your pet and also buy pets for your reasonable price they have a dog grooming facility available here also they have a vip rewards card which is definitely worth buying
Most staff are lovely, there's a few young members of staff who have been rude multiple times to me. Blatantly being ignored while they just chat. Asked about info for my beardie which was not correct. I probably won't return to this store.
Went to this store today, I was chatting to a member of staff a young lady called Abi about products in store . She had loads of time for me , she never tried to just walk away to carry on, she listend to me, and chatted back to me she was a lovely member of staff which watrrents this review. Thanks you for your time Abi. I did go on a bit sorry but you listend and stayed.
Great Staff, friendly, helpful and they know there stuff, prices are also good
Great groomers, fabulous team..Meghans patience has worked its wonders on kate. Meghan did a great groom as normal. Thank you Meghan and team. If you haven't visited the groom room Rochdale, give them a try, you wont be disappointed!
