Nice little trip for a price up and check for fish tanks.nKids loved seeing all the animalsnFully stocked with rabbits and guinea pigs, kids were mesmerised at how they are cleaned out and cages all sorted out.
Had a lovely shopping experience getting my daughters first pet hamster.nThe lady was really helpful advising us on the right size cage etc and the girl at the till was patient while we set up our account on the app.
Wonderful staff here at the Groom Room. Clearly love what they do and Teddy is always fresh and fabulous when it's time to collect him
Turned up for a grooming appointment which was already changed once which I didn't have a problem with, arrived with my dog only to be told it was cancelled, nobody informed me, apparently they did try to call and left a voice mail, I'm sorry but you didn't, making me look like a liar, I went through my call list and voicemail, nothing!!!! I would not have turned up if I had, will not be returning, rude staff
This place always seems to have a queue at the till and only 1 person serving despite other members of staff aimlessly wanders about.... big queue forming at till... jump on the other till and help out for 10min!nnYou also used to get great vouchers through the App like 10% off Food over £60 and that's been replaced by pathetic vouchers for £1 off Not great when you're buying bags of food costing well over £60+ every other month
