Pets at home always friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable. Great variety of products at reasonable prices especially if you buy in bulk.

If I could give one star I would! Went in store on Thursday to buy a rabbit hutch, which all went okay. But today my partner went in to get another hutch for himself, to which he found it broken when we returned home. He went back and was accused of not only breaking it himself, but also that it was my hutch he was bringing back! The manager then told him that when I was in on Thursday I was kicking off and being demanding, which I was not at all, in fact I was quite pleased with my experience that day. I phoned up the manager, and she was lying about what she had said, changed her story many times, laughed at me and then hung up when my mother in law spoke for me. Absolutely disgusted at the service and my name being slandered.

Amazing and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. They go above and beyond to support people with furry babies.

A firm favourite with the dog, she loves coming in here, always nicely stocked and organised. Staff are also lovely.. Would just like to see a little improvement with the upkeep of the animals (gerbils) in particular should never be on there own and I've seen on a number of occasions just one in the tank.

Stuff could be better don't always have what I want they seem to cater better for the small dog supposed to a large dog seen whilst. Tell me all the departments but it's not my favourite shop but that's only my personal opinion
