I pop in now and again on the way back from work. A couple of times I have needed an item that is not on the shelf, but I am able to do immediate 'click and collect' on the websitenThe staff member doesn't help and states they never have the item even though it says I can collect it within 15 minutes. But when I speak to another member of staff they are able to find the item. This has happened twice now and it's getting very irritating.nnThe rest of the staff are very good and very helpful, but I'd rather go to the segensworth store
Fantastic! My first time shopping here and every single staff member was lovely. There is so much choice here, so you're bound to find what you're looking for. The instore vet is also really good they helped with my enquires really quickly and helped me find peace of mind for my dog. Will be returning frequently!
Friendly staff, reasonably priced, vet in house
The price for dried caw ear was 69p per piece, £9.32 per kg. I asked a member of the staff if I could buy 1kg or I need to buy multiple pieces, she told me that they are sold by piece but that is the price per kg if you buy multiple pieces. I bought 10 paid £6.90, came home and wheigh 189g. Basically the price is £36.50 per kg!!!nI called the store explained and told me I can get a refund.nI'm not going to waste 1 hour of my time to get a refund.
We visit Pets at home Fareham Newgate Lane all the time for our pets food, toys etc... but back in March, we visited, and we walked past the adopting area, and a sweet female rabbit called Fifi Court are eyes.nIt was said on her cage that she wasn't available to adpot until the next day! I was soo sad and gutted that I could take her right away! I spoke to a member of staff about my interests of her and said I'll be back tomorrow for her!nnThe next day, I went back hour before, waiting patiently around the adopting area. A member of staff I spoke to yesterday remember me and said, 'we can let you adopt her now as you seem really keen'. The staff members helped me pick out the cages and all the stuff I needed to look after the rabbit. Thank you for all your help that day!nnFifi she fits into our world naturally. Fif is now bonded with her bunny husband Aslan, who we rescued in July.
