Pets at home is an awesome place to come for all types of pets and food, pet toys, homes and all sorts of stuff! Some of it can be quite pricey from here so would recommend other places for food and other bits potentially. But they have a wide range of products, very friendly staff when I was in there last and parking here is very easy too which is always nice and free! The staff are knowledge to answer most of your questions so if you do fancy a companion I would recommend coming here!
Took Apollo for his second groom today and as usual the girls from the groom room were great. They looked after Apollo made sure he was comfortable. He loves going for a groom. He definitely looks so cute in his bandana! Also the staff from Pets at home we’re amazing with Apollo because he’s a little nervous at times so can have a wee in the store. I love taking my dog here!!
1st couple of times spot on nice cut, but last time they didn't follow the instructions left and poor Robyn's hair wasn't straight on the top. Took her back the following day to have it sorted. Met with rudeness as if I didn't have a right to mention it. Then I've called to say Robyn's came in season yesterday are we OK for her appointment...no they cancelled it. Fair enough but we have to wait 5 weeks for the next appointment and also lost our deposit. Customer service and skill level have very much declined. It's not as if they are reasonably priced either it's quite expensive... very disappointing
Plenty of food and accessories for your pets downstairs. Groomer service is available at the back up the stairs. Walked in without an appointment to see a vet for our small dog. Although registered with them, nothing was available until Friday, 5 days later. Now you have to plan ahead when your dog has a problem. Disappointing
I went to buy a harness for my minature Jack Russell Terrier. I was approached by a young lad who asked if he could help me. He took me to the rack where the harnesses were and helped me chose one. He was a very polite young lad and very helpful..

Sarah was extremely helpful and very friendly,perfect customer service, Also the woman on the till got me 20% discount by being helpful and took time out to help.
My items were not delivered when they should have been then they didn't have one if my items so I was refunded but through no fault of my own they charged me delivery
A nice range of everything I needed for my puppy, staff were helpful, polite yet not imposing
