Not a good experience, staff are not very knowledgeable about the fish they sell I was told that I could only have one fish for a 65ltr tank and that’s it. Which I questioned but to be honest the girl didn’t have a clue so she asked and that was what she was told. I think maybe the staff should be better trained on the things they sell there. So I went to an established aquarium seller and was told different. So well done pets at home you lot a sale there.
Very cost effective. You have the pets now card. Especially when buying dog food such as lily's Kitchen and hills. Get the card. It's stored on your phone.
It's alright. I don't really like big chain stores like this but the staff are friendly and helpful and the big range of products is useful.
Just has everything and lobley helpful staff. THANK U
Brilliant customer service. A lovely lady helped me out with getting ready for new kitten in a bit of a rush. Really knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Also got good discount using the VIP new kitten offer which was a bonus.
