Went here to look for heavy duty dog lead. Asked for help as i couldn't see what i wanted. The assistant listened to what i was looking for then tried to sell me something i didn't want. I was a bit disappointed. She should have just said they don't have any. I went elsewhere.

When getting a bearded dragon the staff had told us about the heating etc 4 year down line when speaking to vet as beard ie was unwell told her the set up details she was on by what the staff had said and it is completely wrong they could have killed are Bella absolute rage is going through my mind lucky we caught it I time and know using jollies

A great bunch of folk! In went totally unprepared what I needed but the team were happy to help and gave honest advice. Only downside was I ended up spending more lol. A good.bunch!

If you want to buy a goldfish this is NOT the place to go. Female assistant obviously does not want to sell any! Won't be going there again!
